It wouldn't be a mistake to say that if the engine room is the heart of a megayacht, the wheel house is the brain. This is the main reason behind the fact that the function of this highly technical space is much more important than the aesthetical issues, also as in the other examples seen here

Although aesthetics are not searched for in these areas, the 38m long Shooting Star has a lot to say on this issue. While the captain has the wide angle view, the passangers also can enjoy the navigation from behind. The form of the paneling that creates a nice continuation between the wall and the ceiling is also a nice touch.

Here is the wheelhouse of Predator 72 who is built in Feadship. The simplicity and the elegance is the keyword in this wheelhouse, where the interior design belongs to Bannenberg & Rowell Designs.

The third cool wheelhouse belongs to thr 86m Quattroelle built by Lürssen. It's not easy to distinguish the first photo which belongs to a much smaller yacht from this one. They don't have to get complicated in looks as the size is elongated, although all the systems do...
